Sunset

I know I'm the last stamper on earth to get this set but I just got Lovely as a Tree this week. And I love it as much as I knew I was going to. :)

For my first LAAT card I did a sponged sunset card. Easy goes to peasy. You can't tell but I also stamped the trees in white on the white card. I mean you can tell in person, but not online. This card is crazy simple, was super quick to make, and I like it that way. In other news: I sent a bunch of cards by email to Cards Magazine. Who knows if they will choose any but I really think they are all very good cards.

Also look at this: Now I can't possibly need over three THOUSAND yards of bakers twine right? I mean that's obscene right? Because I want it. I mean I WANT the stupid twine. I have this thing about buying things in bulk. I mean Papertrey sells paper in 50 sheet packs as the largest and it hurts my brain. I'm all, "But I want a 500 sheet pack". I solve the issue by buying several packs of course. I buy rice in a 50lb sack. Always. Flour too. And sugar I get just 10lbs at a time. I REALLY like buying in bulk. So three thousand yards of bakers twine appeals to me so much. And it's really not very expensive. If I get it I PROMISE to share it with you guys. Oh I also saw a place today that I can order the white gel pens in bulk. (Because I, like all of you, watch KWerner videos. I could do a whole post about how much I love her.)

Stunning! I can't believe that colour! LOoks so breathtakingly real that I can feel & smell the crisp cold air. I hear you bout the bulk. You're making me want twine in bulk just talking about it (and I never use the stuff LOL)

This is probably one of the prettiest cards I've seen in a long time. Just beautiful!
